Food handling advice
All members are asked to be aware of the Food Standards Agency advice on Allergens and the WI's food handling advice when preparing food for consumption by WI members or for sale on the craft stall. All food should be clearly labelled with the ingredients.
The 14 allergens are: celery, cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin flour, milk, mollusc, mustard, nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, soya and sulphur dioxide.
